Management
Chavinda Dharmawardhana - Director
Chavinda holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Fraser Valley, British Columbia, Canada, and an MBA from Edith Cowan University, Australia. He entered the financial services industry as a professional Financial Advisor for Investors Group Financial Services. Upon returning to Sri Lanka, he ventured into the commercial sector as an entrepreneur by co-founding Ceynergy Dynamic Holdings (CDH).
His foundation in investment and financial services has given him a broader perspective regarding the intricacies of insurance while his passion for the industry led to the inception and present success of Ceynergy Insurance Brokers. He currently holds multiple top-management positions including Director at Mediawize Integrated (Pvt) Ltd., Managing Director at Third Generation Sports Solutions, Managing Director and Founder Ceynergy Dynamic Holdings, and Ceynergy Insurance Brokers.
Jithendra Jayathilake - Director
Jitendra oversees Ceynergy Insurance Brokers across the Personal and Corporate segments. He is a leader in international medical insurance and general insurance, and has a specialist medical insurance class.
After receiving his basic education from Mahinda College, Galle, he started his insurance journey in 1993 with Ceylinco Life Insurance and later moved to Eagle Insurance (now AIA) as part of the Marketing and Management team. He has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry in Sri Lanka.
He has represented five local and multinational high-profile insurance companies and is recognized for his high-level achievements in life sectors. He has practical and theoretical experience in international medical and unit-linked investment products.
Jitendra has received two prestigious awards in Financial Planning and Insurance Sales from Sri Lanka Insurance Institute and was awarded the Golden Eagle by Eagle Insurance in 2007 and the BUPA (Rainbow Trust) Award for Best Performance in 2006.
Sajitha Sumanasekara - Principal Officer
Sajitha qualified for the AFA (LIMRA) USA in 2006 fulfilling all eligible requirements of AFA. He has a Diploma in Business Management from the Sri Lanka Business Development Centre. He has completed the program "Marketing of Financial Services" from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka and obtained the Professional Financial Advisor Certification from the Insurance Board of Sri Lanka.
